Banned Register

If you or your representative wish to restrict your access to gambling, the legislation provides two possibilities depending on the territorial scope in which this restriction can be made effective. This will prevent you from accessing gambling establishments and systems formalised by electronic, telematic or remote communication means throughout the Spanish territory.

You can do it in person, through:

Submission of the form to registry offices (Article 38 of Law 30/1992).

Admission, reception or identification services for users of gaming establishments.

The National Police stations.

Or online, at the electronic headquarters of the General Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling (electronic certificate required).
